Jan Thornbury

Jan has been a management consultant since 1989, and has worked in diverse sectors and different countries throughout her career. Prior to setting up Thornbury Consulting Associates, she was a consultant with KPMG in Germany and the UK, where she specialised in organisational and strategic change. From 1996-1999 she was an advisor to KPMG's international chairman, Lord Sharman, where she helped to develop and implement the firm's globalisation strategy and designed and led its worldwide culture change programme.

She has in-depth understanding and experience of managing organisational and cultural change, facilitating the development and implementation of corporate vision, and working with leadership teams and individuals. In addition to her consulting work, she writes on business issues, is involved in executive education and is a regular conference speaker.
